The case of PT Satui Bara Tama
This case showing how forest area conflicted with local spatial planning. There are numerous important legal aspect as lesson learned from the case including: 1) how the conflict inflict third party loss, 2) lex superiori aspect on contradictory legal instrument within local government and central ministry, 3) the establishment of forest area. The verdict from the Banjarmasin Local Court itself set the convicted which is the executive director of mining company free of all charges (vrijspraak).
